3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve our services.
  • To communicate with you about your account, inquiries, or support requests.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To grant, renew, track, and protect Noble credits after confirmed Stripe payments.
  • To prevent fraud, replayed payment events, abuse, unauthorized credit grants, and misuse of paid services.
  • To analyze usage and enhance user experience.
  • For marketing (with your consent, where required).
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. How We Share Your Information

  • With trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors, customer support).
  • With Stripe for checkout, subscription billing, payment processing, fraud prevention, tax, receipts, and billing support.
  • With legal authorities if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
  • In connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger, acquisition).
  • With your consent, where required by law.

5. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. We take steps to ensure adequate protection for your data as required by law, including Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/UK users.

6. Your Rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Opt out of marketing communications.
  • Cancel or request help canceling a paid Noble subscription by using Account settings where available, the Stripe billing flow where available, or by contacting aincorphelp@gmail.com. Include the email address on your AIncorp account so we can locate the subscription.

  • California residents: You have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale of personal information.
  • EU/UK residents: You have rights under the GDPR, including to object to processing and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Data may be anonymized and retained for analytics.

For Noble billing, we retain subscription, payment-event, and credit-ledger records as needed to operate paid access, prevent duplicate credit grants, resolve billing disputes, comply with accounting and legal obligations, and provide support. Stripe may retain payment records under its own policies.

For Inlet, raw video and audio media are temporary processing materials. We aim to delete raw media after extraction and run stale-media cleanup for leftover temporary files. We may retain extracted text context, source identifiers, metadata, your private notes, and generated artifacts so Inlet can show your history and avoid processing the same video repeatedly. Shared video indexes do not include user-private notes.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and authorities as required by law.

Noble payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. AIncorp does not collect or store full card numbers. We verify Stripe webhook signatures, only grant subscription credits for known Noble price IDs, reject invalid payment events, record processed webhook events to reduce duplicate processing, and update subscription status when Stripe reports cancellation or failed payment events.

Inlet uses account authentication, rate limits, URL validation, temporary media retention, account-scoped artifacts, and webhook signature verification for supported message integrations. Inlet only processes messages sent to an official AIncorp-controlled intake account after account linking; it does not read unrelated direct messages.

9. Children’s Privacy and Age Restrictions

AIncorp services are intended for business and productivity use and are not directed to children under 13. Users under 13 may not create accounts, use Noble, submit forms, or provide personal information to AIncorp.

We ask for date of birth before account registration so we can prevent under-13 account creation. If the date of birth shows that a user is under 13, AIncorp does not create the account, grant Noble access, restore beta codes, or issue account credits for that registration attempt.

We do not knowingly maintain personal information from children under 13. If we learn that an account or submission belongs to a child under 13, we will disable the account and delete or de-identify the personal information where required and reasonably possible. Under-13 accounts are not eligible for account recovery, data restoration, beta-code recovery, credit restoration, or reactivation.

A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 provided personal information to AIncorp may contact us to request review and deletion. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request and locate the relevant account or data.

10. Accessibility

We are committed to making our website accessible to all users. If you have difficulty accessing any part of this policy, please contact us for assistance.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
